In the case of DeFi, the guarantee of security is quality written smart contracts on a well-known and powerful blockchain. This is why smart contracts were audited by HashEx and why the ever-evolving Binance Smart Chain blockchain is used.
Audit by HashEx

Who are HashEx? A company with a very high level of trust from experts and the crypto-community, one of the leaders in the market for auditing smart contracts.
The company's experts wrote smart contracts themselves for many years, then started getting third-party audit orders, and later created HashEx. Since 2017 (essentially the birth of blockchain and smart contracts in their current form), HashEx has audited more than 500 projects, and the vulnerabilities the company discovered in smart contracts have saved customers more than $2 billion.
Why audit smart contracts? It's done for two reasons:

The first reason for auditing is to find problems and possible vulnerabilities. Given the funds being introduced into the cryptocurrency market today, and how many companies are choosing blockchain and smart contracts, possible vulnerabilities are coming under scrutiny from hackers and other bad people, which could lead to loss of funds or service breakdowns.
You can't change how a smart contract works once it's developed and activated. Changes can only be made if the developers have implemented a specific function to do so. That's why it's so important to make them perfect before launch, not after.
While the team was fully confident in the secure operation of smart contracts, it was clear that additional auditing would be helpful before launching the global platform.
The second reason for the audit was to provide the cryptocurrency community with an audit of the quality of the smart contracts on which the platform operates. It is a global practice to show all stakeholders that your smart contracts cannot be hacked, that there are no critical bugs or backdoors, and that the creators cannot make undescribed changes. In essence, such an audit is no different than a financial or banking audit, where two parties unanimously trust the opinion of a third, unbiased, party.
Given the level of HashEx, which is responsible for the accuracy of audits with its reputation, it was important to get approval from the leading security provider for DeFi.
So, we applied for an audit, and got the first version with a few small bugs that weren't hard to fix. This was exactly what we needed - an independent view from the outside, recommendations from experts. The first audit showed some small mistakes, which were corrected, and then the second audit was done and HashEx reported full security and full compliance with the declared conditions.
After correcting the errors, the code was sent for a new audit. The peculiarity of the audit by HashEx is that the first, recommendation audit is performed by two specialists, and the second (after correcting the identified errors) by two other auditors, and they do it completely, not just the corrected places.
This is how the final audit was obtained, which confirms that Integroo followed the auditor's recommendations, made the recommended changes, and that Integroo (Kangoo) smart contracts are recognized as safe as possible. You can read more about the audit at the link below.
