By the way, parents are also happy, because the child was motivated to learn better. Here is a simple but understandable analogy of the Learn & Earn mechanics.
In the case of Integroo, the user is rewarded not for an excellent grade, but for completing training courses on the platform and successfully completing tests. You learn anything and are rewarded with cryptocurrency. Pass the course - you get a cryptocurrency. Complete the trainer's homework - you get some more cryptocurrency.
The Learn & Earn trend is just gaining popularity, but already now experts believe that it has a great future. Everyone in the community will be able to get tokens for completing the training and fulfilling certain conditions enshrined in Integroo's smart contract.
The general principle of this smart token mining: the user registers on the first level, gaining access to the materials of hundreds and thousands of coaches. Then, having completed the training (for example, by watching a video course about cryptocurrencies or the rules of making coffee), he moves on to a quiz with questions on the course he has just taken. If the user successfully solves the test, he will automatically receive a reward reserved on his smart contract, which he can transfer to his personal wallet.
The tokenization system also includes a number of rules to motivate users to learn better and strive to acquire new knowledge.
The reward for passing the test after training is taken as one ROO token for example only. On the platform, it may differ from this number, as well as the limit on the level.
At the initial stage, the community received 1,000,000 (one million) ROO tokens, which will go to ensure the Learn & Earn principle and reward users taking courses.
Further variations are possible. In particular, based on the declared tokenomics of the project, even now 7% of course sales on the Marketplace and 2% of all transactions on the platform go to the development of the project. In the future, if the community wants, it can initiate (by voting) the possibility of directing part of the amount received for development to the implementation of the Learn & Earn principle.
The development plans of the project also include the possibility for teachers to set their own rewards in tokens for users when they take their courses, to motivate participants to learn from them.

But there is an important nuance. Given the capabilities of a deflationary ROO token, even the 10 tokens a user can get at a level for learning today can turn into a very different amount over time. Remember that once upon a time, too, a bitcoin was worth 9 cents, and a person would give 10,000 bitcoins for 2 pizzas. Now that pizza would be the most expensive in the world - several hundred million dollars.
By keeping the token in the account and going through more and more levels of training, in a few years ROO holders would be able to gain new opportunities through both knowledge and the token.
Thus, Integroo has a mechanic where you get tokens for every action. For learning and taking courses that interest you, for recommendations, for bringing a speaker, or for selling your course on the marketplace. And these tokens, themselves, also change in price (see the "Tokenomics" section).
